Paolo Baggini Born on: 03/03/1966
Graduate at: Commercial Polytechnic in Milano
Paolo Baggini started his catering career in 1981 and through direct experience improved and fulfilled his passion and training that in the course of the years led him to hold several important posts in the management and opening of new restaurants and hotels and to the organization of events such as the International Tennis Tournament in Rome, the Strega prize, the Golden Gala, the Hospitality Village of the Football World Championship in 1990.
Under the brand Harry’s Bar of Rome he managed structures such as Formello sports centre and organized international catering.
From 1990 to 2002 he worked for Cremonini Group in Modena and became managing director of several important catering projects, among which the railway catering both on board and on land. He then became director of the famous Harry’s Bar in Via Veneto in Rome for six years.
From 2002 to 2004 he was responsible for hospitality at Marquis Antinori’s estate in Florence.
In the following years he personally attended to the opening of important and famous restaurants among which Il Bolognese in Milan. In 2006 he inaugurated as director the brand new and prestigious restaurant L’ Acanto in the hotel Principe di Savoia Milano.
In August 2007 he became catering director for shows and events at the new casino of Campione, the biggest in Europe, where the launch of all catering and events section took place with the opening of two new restaurants and the inauguration of the feast reception room which can contain up to 600 people for dinner.
Since January 2008 he has organized a series of shows in the feast reception room known as "il Giovedi' del Casino" (Thursday at the Casino) that have re-launched the shows and events of the new Campione casino management thus making them fashionable again.
